Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear after processing.
